TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for the Golden Pass:

1. The Golden Pass grants the holder access to any Colours of Love festival event valued up to £500 (excluding accommodation costs).
2. For events with a higher cost due to ticket inclusions such as full board or excursions, Golden Pass holders will receive a £500 credit towards the total ticket price. Any remaining balance beyond the £500 credit must be paid by the pass holder.
3. The Golden Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named on the pass.
4. The Golden Pass is valid for the lifetime of the Colours of Love festival and can be used at any future event, subject to availability and ticket capacity.
5. Pass holders must adhere to all event rules, regulations, and guidelines as outlined by Colours of Love festival organizers.
6. Pass holders are responsible for booking their own accommodation for festival events unless otherwise stated in event details.
7. The Golden Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded under any circumstances.
8. Colours of Love festival organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Colours of Love festival organizers shall be final.
10. By purchasing and using the Golden Pass, the pass holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
